Legalizing marijuana and expunging marijuana convictions would have a tremendous impact on the safety of our communities by allowing law enforcement to focus on violent crime and regulating the industry in order to keep our kids safe. #LegalizeMN

This isn’t groundbreaking. The Walz-Flanagan budget puts the steps in place to legalize marijuana and expunge convictions and the DFL-led State House passed a bill to do the same.
Getting this done is critically important to our neighbors and our communities.
